You mean like reporting posts without even checking
if it s actual trolling.??.

That s your strategy to be right , getting the other party banned.?.

fabricated != modified/QUOTE]

False evidence fabricated by modifying the original record , isnt it...
Assuming the original record didnt had this content...
I figured a guy who has expressed he is ok with GZ being killed a few times would know about some of the most essential evidence in the case and that the transcript issue had been put to bed last year, therefore I conclude he is trolling.

Note how he has not addressed his proven incorrect posts and hops to another silly argument, which actually relies Jon his already proven ones as incorrect. Quintessential troll.

The federal government can charge someone with a criminal offense relating to civil rights violations.

That is however a separate charge and from what I've gathered unlikely to go anywhere. Oh they can try, but it's got to get beyond a grand jury first.

I believe they can pursue, but are unlikely to convict and the political results may go against the administration, but that remains to be seen.

Why do you think Zimmerman has not assimilated into society?

Because he self de-assimilated by racially profiling someone when he was just some fat wannabe cop.

Texashiker logic: The fact that he is de-assimilated means that he should be arrested and charged for possessing a gun because even though there isn't an actual law about de-assimilated people not having guns, that is just an opinion of law and I disagree, so he should thus be imprisoned for breaking the law.

There will be no second criminal trial of GZ, anybody who thinks so probably possesses the same demonstrably moronic logic that convinced them that GZ would be found guilty.

Technically the FEDs could still go after him with Federal civil rights violations. The chances of that happening are close to zero percent but not absolutely zero. I would be shocked if they did but it is within the realm of possibility.

Of course it's a separate charge. But that is a charge available to the federal government and they should review and make a decision on it. So your prior statement was factually incorrect.

A child that had been kicked out of school for fighting.

A child that had THC in his blood.

A child that had attacked Zimmerman.

And Zimmerman is a violent thug who had domestic violence issues and attacked a police officer. And who was fat and a racist. Who killed a child.

And look at Zimmerman. He gained at least 200 pounds. It shows that he has no self control.

I'll clarify.

The Federal government cannot try Zimmerman again for the charges Florida filed. Double jeopardy has nothing to do with it. The Feds can try for federal crimes only.

Now it can attempt to go after Zimmerman on civil rights violations, but they are going to first have to refute their own claims about this not being racially motivated, then they are going to have to convince first a grand jury that whatever racial intolerance Zimmerman may have rises to the degree where Martin was killed because of it and then a trial jury, then have to dance around the fact that Zimmerman was exonerated. He would have to have killed with intent but intent wasn't proven for any reason.

That's a hard row to hoe.

Maybe so, but they should review their case and make a decision on whether to proceed or not. And then we should get the civil case after that. Things are going to still go on.

On the call with the 911 operator we can hear Zimmerman use the N word, so we know he attacked trayvon out of hate.

Your incessant trolling is starting to wear out. -Admin DrPizza

Oh no doubt. Do remember though that the sword of justice is double edged. If some get enthusiastic and go beyond what can be demonstrated it very well may cut back.
