I suspect he will also sue Crump and Associates for defamation from slanderous statements they made against him. I also have to wonder if he will also look at suing the state of Florida for malicious prosecution.


Due the fact the only way he could be considered not guilty would be that the jury found his use of force to be justified therefore per Florida law he's immune to any civil actions.

The media did its best to convict him. They should sue each media outlet that used an outdated picture of TM instead of a current one.

His attorneys should file to have the judge removed from the bench and the prosecution for disbarment. The way evidence was kept from the defense and testimony / evidence about TM's character not being allowed in was ridiculous.

This case should never have been brought to trial.

Anyway, at this moment Martins family doesn't seem interested in pursuing a civil case but when CNN asked the JD about a civil rights case they said that they couldn't comment as they were conducting their own investigation. That sounds like a pound of flesh may yet be had.

Reading about this case of the last few weeks, seems the prosecution held back evidence which they knew would sink their case against Zimmerman. The state even tried to recant some of their witnesses testimony when they realised the people they called actually damaged their case against Zimmerman. The state called nearly 40 witnesses, with over HALF damaging the states case against Zimmerman. Hell even their own expert witness said the injuries Zimmerman sustained confirmed Zimmerman's side of the story.

Yes the chap shot the black guy (he even admitted this), and there is no denying that, but based on the facts that the prosecution put forward, and what they went for it was no wonder they came back with not guilty. As for Manslaughter...they should have gone for Murder 3 or Aggravated assault and battery, which would have carried the same sentences, but no, they went for the big one and lost, and now bitching about it.
