yup, it was worth it... hilarious movie, phenomenally smart.

if you stay after the credits, have some knowledge of Bill Murray... that is all i have to say.

I love zombie movies but prefer mine to be serious like [REC] and Les revenants! The Spanish and French can do pretty well with zombie movies. Hopefully the new French zombie film will be even better.

Even the Greek have done a pretty good zombie movie.

Well it does have 90% on Rottentomatoes and that is quite a feat for a horror/comedy zombie flick.

this has been becoming more common lately around here...several movies and Tv series' are being filmed near me in Covington, Ga...But I did not know that bit of trivia about ZL....looking forward to seeing this movie

After the movie, my buddy's GF wouldn't stop talking about how much the park looked just like the one she used to go to as a kid. Wouldn't shut up about it. She ended up calling her sister to tell her and her sister's like "yeah, it was filmed there". They are from Southern Georgia.

Looks like I spoke to soon, though I had a feeling it would happen, now it is down to 89%. Not that I care. I didn't except it to stay at 90% anyway. I will be surprised if it stays at the level 28 days later is.

Just watched it last night after my fiance bought the Blu-Ray for me as a V-day gift. What a great flick. I mean, the intertwining of comedy and zombie ultraviolence seemed apparent in the previews, but the movie delivered more charm that that. Very cool.

Agreed I LOVED Shaun of the Dead (and Hot Fuzz). So many lines in Zombieland were directed right at the audience for laughs and just fell flat for me. The Michael Cera wannabe only made me cringe and the decisions of those stupid girls were out of control.
