Techpowerup did a review on the 520 here (note this 520 has higher memory bandiwidth via 35%). If you are only getting 18 fps on WoW when using an i7 920 to feed the card, it is saying something (1024x768 resolution, ultra settings). There are another 12 games demoed

That reminds me. I need to contact Zotac about a rebate they have not paid. I really have to stop buying their products on rebate. They are such a sh!tty company!

Zotac and MIr in the same deal is not a good thing. I would definitely consider the before rebate price before buying this card because you just might not get the after rebate price.

Yeah, everyone says that. I bought a Zotac GT 220 for $43 on newegg a while back that had a $30 rebate. I already knew about zotacs rep but took a chance and bought it anyways. We will see what happens.

One thing I will note, most people probably do not read zotacs rebate instructions because they are slightly different than most other rebates. They require you to put the promo number on the back of the envelope. Id guess most people do not do this and that is probably one of the reasons many say they never got their rebate, because they didnt follow instructions.

They also have an expedited process apparently if you register the card on the website and do the rebate submission there. (Then on the envelope (on the back I guess?) youre supposed to write "online" so they know your info is also online).

In the long 12 years or so I have dealt with rebates, I have yet to not receive one, so we will see how zotac handles mine. Ill be raising hell with zotac and newegg though if zotac doesnt process my rebate in what id consider an appropriate amount of time.

Just to share a little zotac rebate info here since there is a lot of negative posts around web about zotac rebates....

I submitted my zotac rebate on 8/30 and just received it today 9/21. That is less than a month to receive the rebate. I submitted it online as well did the expedited online process for the rebate. This is actually faster rebate processing than an evga rebate I had at the beginning of the month which I have not received yet.
