I have to disagree with your opinion. Got one of the travel kits with the two woot Zune's last week and I must say the travel pack is convenient. The ear buds are definitely better than the original and the case is very handy for holding everything.

One of the local Staples has the Zune case on clearance for $4.50, definately a YMMV matter.

Also, if anyone is still looking for Zunes Toys R Us will have the brown one as a doorbuster on Black Friday for $80.
