There are some questions with wrong answers (or I dont understand it). For example:

A question for those who have passed. When you guys say study the exam blueprint, how did you actually study for it? Just go over the topics, and make sure that you are familiar with it? Or go and find that topic in the book? There is a lot of documentation to read and memorized, I just want an idea of what's a realistic amount of documents that need to be memorized.

Why is backing up VMs created on ESX 3.x takes longer than backing up VM's created on ESX 4.x?
Cause technology used-block tracking for ESX4 and shadow service for ESX3.

VDR: something like if is it possible to backup a VM created by ESX3.0. Also about which technology VDR leverages to make fast backups (Changed block tracking)

I did not say that there were new questions, it is something I just don't know. I said that way too many questions that are actually on the exam are in that dump (it is linked in this thread). They can be in other dumps too, but I didn't read all the available dumps. In fact that dump came late for me. Strip all the crap coming from the mock exam, Simon's mock exam and 4.0-related maximums and you we'll get a pretty decent sample of how real exam questions are.

However, if what you are looking for is passing without studying at all, you're almost dead.

It seems true that these guys write the questions following the official PDF docs and that you have to pay a lot of attention to the "note" sections in those docs.

i dont see any new valid questions in "Baracas" dumps. is it a real valid dump ?

Passed last week. More than 50% of the questions are in the "Baracas" dump from selftestengine. That dump has also a lot of crap. If you are smart enough you will be able to tell which questions are the good ones.

I am planning to take VCP by the end of this month, any recommendation on study note and dumps. Have found the below link is that good to go through.

The truth is they can not have new qustions all the time the q's should be the same or slightly changed-they do not make new VMware Documentation))))))

I also got some scenario and exbit question.where they showed some graphs and asked me to define the type of graph : like whether its a memory graph or processor graph or network graph..

It seems vmware are rotating questions. their main server resides in germany and australia. and this two server switch the question often, so there are least possiblity to get the same questions..but dont know how true the information is .
anyway .thank yaknow for lining up the caution notes.
I got this two cautions:

TheDopey can you tell me what questions you had. Been studing the vmware documentation are you saying most of your questions where based on notes and caution of the document. This exam is hard as there is so much stuff to remember. Any tips would be appreciated or anyone else??

Every one please study the blueprint (there is no valid dump. only 20% came from dump) and when you do study the blueprint pdf . in each topics study the "Note" and "Caution" columns. most of the question came from those "notes" and "caution" columns.DRS and resource is very important.

Which documents i can go with, i already started with ESXi4.1 documentations from VMware pubs. I'm doubt if i can read ESXi4.0 or ESXi4.1 ? Suggest me.,

I have been studying the blueprint pdfs but I dont have the Vm H/w infrastructure to work on .
so i m just reading the entire pdfs and having it in my head..(kinda frustrated!!)

We and guys here trying to get us much info as we can get about exam.

It's equal to the 580q posted by Simon, only this exam has been split into 10 sub sets to make it more managable.

The exam has been reformatted and one questions has been corrected. (it only had 2 of the 4 options)

Memorising dumps is not the way to pass the real exam, only knowledge will help you pass.

The questions are similar like questions in other dumps

Pl tell me this is an updated dump and not the same old dump ??
